Dear Arjun, I am also facing the same sound problem since I bought my RE-Electra and I got the same reason Engine TAPET sound. Please reply to my comment and let me know if there is any good mechanic in Bangalore. I am staying at HSR layout.

I agree with you FAIVIRUS, but I just wanted to mention every point clearly to RE owners and to Teknik motors.
