When I did not get the message they claim to send 20 min prior then I contacted customer support they said its confirm and cab is very near to ur pickup point and they gave me driver’s number that was going out of reach continuously.
Its was very important coz I had to reach station at right time for a train, any message or cab never came.
its coast me almost triple due to emergency arrangement.
At least they would have inform me if they were not bale to provide the service it doesn’t made me angry.
Please don’t go for it, its a request from a victimized customer.
