Its great to hear that Meru is taking appropriate actions required to get the things on track. ( As per in mail Meru sent me) I would definitely give a second try.
I called your customer care 3 times between 9:20 PM to 9:35 PM and each they assured me its a confirmed booking and cab is reaching within few minutes. Does Meru believe in keeping the customer in dark? Can you answer only one thing Why didn't your people inform me about the cancellation ?

Finally I got the book. (Today). It feels now they are trying to improve. If it is the case then sure I will give them a second chance.
First you people do not act and when frustrated customer at last gives his/her feedback on web so that others do not be cheated then you people apologize here n there.
