We recently purchased a sandle and the quality of the product was so bad that within just 2 days the leather started coming out. We took it to the shop who claims to say it was a manufacturing defect and it will be repaired by the head office it seem but that was only a chao.
Nothing happened for a month and when we shouted at the manager of the shop he some how managed to replace but despite that again it happens and I am sure METRO is selling a very cheap quality product with a huge price!
Absolutely zero value of the money spend and the sandle couldnt even run for more than 2 days. I am wondering if I should go to the shop again and get another replacement who is going to give me the same product again which wont survive more than a day..
Can someone share the customer care number and an email ID for escalation? I have a real bad experience with METRO products. Cheating people big time!
