Micromax is simply super fraud mobile company available in India that is cheating the poor people of their own country.
I deposited my Micromax A77, which is under warranty, at Bokaro Micromax service centre on 11.07.2015(Docket no is E060060-0715-17858641).
Till date as on 28.10.15, I have not receive my phone Micromax A77 from Micromax.
Micromax is unable to tell when I will receive my phone. I have sent 100s of email but no reply from micromax and make calls to Micromax customer care. But not a single positive action has been taken by Micromax till date to deliver my phone. It seems that Micromax engineers are very inefficient and don’t know how to solve the problem. Micromax only know how to cheat to poor people of their own country and telling lie. Pathetic and Horrible customer service of Micromax.
If Micromax is unable to solve my problem then I request from Micromax please return my original phone Micromax A77.
If problem is not solved in 4months then i’m 100% sure this problem will not be solved in next 4 years.
Already Micromax harassed me a lot and I don’t want to be harassed myself more. Pls return my Original phone A77.
I request to all customer who are thinking to buy micromax mobile buy at your own risk & cost.
There is seriously something very wrong with Micromax and their customer care.
