I’m writing this review on behalf of my gov service retired father. He had bought Micromax Viva which stopped working just the next day.
Since then its 2 months we are making rounds to their service center. We have requested their customer service through email atleast 20 times but they are not listening.
In short, Its a worst company to deal with and I will never recommend any of the Micromax product to anyone.
