I purchased a Micromax X600 from "GRAVITY" mobile store Vashi on 09/11/2010 and very next day the phone started creating a problem, I went to Shop and they suggested me the Service center in Vashi itself name "KAIZAR Telecom". (*Which is Franchise and since 1st March 2011 they have stopped supporting to Micromax.) On 15th Dec. 2010 I submitted a handset and my Ear Phone to KAIZAR due to TOUCH PAD problem.
And KAIZER it self said that Micromax has a problem, dont ever buy this, they were not assure of the durability of the product. and also they said that in future you might face the same problem once it get corrected. I was scared still I proceed. As per Service center my received date was 25th Dec. 2010, But I dint recieved on the same day, they asked me to come on 30th dec.2010. I called on 30th dec. they asked for more 7 days, this incident continues till 10th Feb 2011, when I got my Hand set actually. Since that time it has a problem.
I keep calling on Delhi customtakeouter support even they dont know the service center near by, now again the touch pad problem started. I am confuse what to do and where to go coz of no service center near by. Even if il get the one am sure they will keep my phone atleast for 2 month, means since I purchase the phone, problem has started, and my 4 month will get lost coz of service center. They dont keep promises and now I am in loss of Rs.4000. Please you all dont buy Micromax product. Once its working then its fine but if any problem occurred then no one can rescue you. "Precaution is always better than Cure"
