Neither a lipstick nor lip gloss!!

I love matte lipsticks or any matte products. Matte products stay on our face for a long time and do not budge. I have been listening about this brand for a long time which is Miss Claire. I thought that it is a local brand and wont work good or may make my lips dry. But I have listened very good things about this brand that they make very nice and affordable lipsticks. So I decided to buy some of the lip creams to test whether it is true or not.

Miss Claire lip creams:

Miss claire has been making this lip creams recently which I have personally heard about. They claim to be be matte and butter like consistency. I am quite intrigued by their idea of making such formula as there are not much of brands making such lip creams. This lip creams are a perfect dupe of nyx soft matte lip creams.

Formula:

The lip creams are butter like and feels smooth on lips. You will feel like you are applying some lip gloss. First I thought that as it has a mousse effect it will get chunky but that didnt happen. I like how it feels on lips and do not dry your lips.

Pigmentation:

With a single swipe you will get a light coverage. But if you apply more swipes the colour shows up pretty good. It do not give much pigmentation like nyx soft matte lip cream but it is the closest dupe you can find and they have a major price differences.

Packaging:

Packaging if you ask me its not that good. But if you are getting a good product in such a price we can just overlook some things like packaging. It comes in plastic tube and has a doe foot applicator which is quite flimsy.

Shades:

It has a wide shade range. It has 54 shades, so there is something for everyone. They have some nudes, brights, browns, reds and pinks so you will definately find something for you.

Price:

It is quite cheap, it retails for 160/- in makeup stores. But online it is costly so buying offline would be good.
