The director of M:I2 must have definietly been watching too many hindi movies. All the elements of a good hindi movie are there...Invincible hero who takes on entire armies, cute kidnapped girlfriend, mad villan with a stupid sidekick and a weak plot.
First of all , the story...What story?. Let me state it in as many words as possible:
Bad company has bad virus.Evil man steals virus. Will sell cure. Evil man kidnaps good girl.Good man kills Evil man and saves good girl and world.
Secondly, the fight scenes are not that good , especially when compared to those in the Matrix. They have been inspired by bollywood. How else can you explain tom cruise going single handed into the bad guys lair , killing all the henchmen, and comming out without a scratch(okay, a tiny scar). The very last confontration is trullly bollywood.I wont reveal it to you but you might have already guessed.
On the other hand, the stunts are really good and deserve praise.Especially the one in the begienning and the one at the end.
The sound track is also very good, especially the song by metallica.
Watch this movie if youre bored and havenothing else to do.
