Pathetic customer service

Placed an order for 4 tops on 4th April. But only 3 got delivered on 16th April and I got a note that the remaining one will be shipped soon. I called the customer care number and spoke to Atendra Rathod. He said he’s the sales manager. He was keeping on promising 24 hours but the shipping notification never came. Not only that when I tried Ordering another item in cash on delivery, they cancelled the order with no reason mentioned in the email. For that Rathod says cod is unavailable in my pin code! So we have no other choice but to do a prepaid order and wait till they take their own sweet time to deliver. And that too this sales person wasn’t apologizing for this mess. Now he’s no longer taking calls.




  1. There is no way to reach them apart from the given email id and phone number in the website




  2. They will delete the comments that are critical of them in facebook instagram etc.




  3. They will not inform on any update.




  4. don’t order from them unless it’s a cod one.
