All those bending over backwards defending them read the other reviews in mouth shut and decide. Looks like they messed up a lot in the past few years. Be very careful before approaching them

ashish959, return our money and then you can give your statements! We had booked in Paramount! Why was your MD, mr.Santosh not ready to meet us?? Answer these questions and then you can brag about your shameless employer!!
For all potential buyers, dont pay them any advance till you get their papers verified by a qualified lawyer! Only give post-dated cheque, so that in the mean-time you can get the documents verified! if possible STAY AWAY from them.
Mr.Gaurav, If they are so honest, why they did not return our money? I have full proof with me about the money they swallowed! Also just because you have decided to make a mistake, it doesn't make it right! STOP misguiding people here!
My advice if you want to invest with small builders like Shravanthi- 1. get their ready-to-occupy properties, dont go for under-construction ones (you might have to pay extra but its worth the peace of mind) 2. In general, educate yourselves on property buying and then jump into it. or you'll read more...

Thanks for reading and rating my review. One needs to be very careful while booking flats especially with small builders like these. We are currently talking to some big builders in Chennai and they all give 30-40 days to make the 20% payment and execute the sale deed....
