Few instances of unprofessionalism which I faced at the first step itself of my engagement i.e. time of opening the trading account:
1, agent told me not to fill the complete form and just to put the signatures. My mistake that I agreed to that
As he had himself filled the form, he did some mistakes.
On my insistence he shared the pics of the form. when I highlighted the specific mistakes, he agreed to do the corrections BEFORE submitting the form for account opening
After multiple followups for sharing the pics of thecorrected form, he said he would share first thing in the morning next day. This has been saying for last 10 days, now he has stopped responding to my whatsapp messages and calls
When I contacted the customer care, I was told that not a single correction has been done!
I was told that the account will open within 2-3 days with thecorrected details, but I have been following up with these people even after 18 days
If this has been their behavior at the beginning, what should I expect in the future?
