Snapdeal Team, What happended? Still did not get time to get back to the customer even after SO MANY days??? Heights of unprofessionalism!!!
For this month too, they have generated the bill as per 1500 plan. And the customer care person who confirmed that extra amount would be waived off is not traceable. Heights of unprofessionalism!!!
Today I had to pay the amount per the 1500 rupees plan which they had activated and not as per 549 rupees plan which I had asked for. Today was last day to pay the bill, else I know they were all ready to charge the penalty.
When I again called (I think 10th times) customer care yesterday for same 2 issues, I was told that I would get a call within 24 hours. But as expected I did not receive that call.
