I bought a moto ming barely 1 month ago and have been having problems with it. The touch screen does not work half the time. Particularly when I need it most. Motorola service re-flashed my phone and replaced the board but the problem persists.
The things I liked about the phone when I first got it was that it was feature packed. It had everything one would want - phone, 2 Mp camera, BCR(a unique feature - Business card reader made possible with OCR technology), FM radio etc. Comes with a 512 Kb flash.
The recurring problem that I am facing had dented my confidence in this phone. The phone is hardly usable if the touch screen goes kaput.
I bought it with great enthusiasm but Im now not very happy on the reliability of the product. So my sincere advice is, if you just need a communication device, you are better off with a 2k nokia. Paying 16 K for a phone and doing numerous rounds to the service center is not what I fancy.
