Agree with Dr. Kini part. It is now 2.5 years since we had our second baby at Cloud nine (then cradle). Dr. Kini will not spend more than 5 mins with people - if you wish to talk more he will cut you out. This same Dr. Kini used to be patient and talk to us politely back in 2003. After getting the unit replaced twice in 2 weeks - the current phone seems to be okay. Motorola service center folks tell me that they receive many complaints on the Ming ! So it is a mad rush in the consumer electronics space where time to market takes precedence over quality and reliability. read more...
