I have recently swapped from a Sony Ericsson S700i to the Motorola V635... and for very good reasons.
Unlike the S700i, the V635 is practical AND beautiful - it has a lovely metal casing, the keys are really nice and easy to use, and the functions are both useful and easy to set up.
The ringtones can be heard while the phone is at the bottom of my bag, on the bus during rush hour... brilliant!!!
I have to say that the built-in MP3 player is genius... now I dont have to save up for an iPod!!!
The alarm/calendar function is easy to set up and has a decent range of tones to choose from.
The megapixel camera is good - different settings make for interesting pics (i.e. black and white/negative/night etc) and the flash is wonderful!
Ok, so its a little on the heavy side and all the people that like the sleek V60/66 may find this bulky - but at least you know its there and when it falls on the floor by accident, you dont start sweating and worrying that it might be broken!!!
The removable memory is also a good idea... you can transfer your MP3 and Picture files without having to worry if you have Bluetooth/USB cable connection (as the V635 doesnt come supplied with the USB cable and software - that costs more!!!)
Altogether, this is a good phone... I was particularly chuffed to find that one of the Java games was Top Gun - at last, I could relive my childhood dreams of flying in Mavricks F-14 Tomcat!!!
Get this phone... you wont be disappointed
