MOUTHSHUT: A NICE PLACE TO BE IN
Internet addiction is bad. Mouthshut addiction is worse.
Ive been on Mouthshut for a while. I see many contemporary writers
including many star writers just fade away into oblivion. I feel the
same way many times.
My first fix in the morning still remains Mouthshut. I wonder if
there is a better place to write than Mouthshut. I have enjoyed my
stint here.
Have I made many friends here? Yes a few. Not many though. Do I get
many folks to read my reviews? No. On a day my guess is no more than 80
people visit this site.
MOUTHSHUT: TO READ AND KNOW.
This site has become a major platform for me to know about all major
products and I am much better informed before I decide to spend my
money. I just stopped short of buying a Reliance Mobile despite all
their HUNGAMA campaigns because many INFORMED members here had given in depth information about RIM and their valuable personal experiences
about the product.. I am sure so many others have benefitted similarly
with other products.
MOUTHSHUT: TO INFORM
I must have read a hundred or so reviews of products of interest to me
or otherwise, before I ventured to write , albiet tentatively, about my
own experiences about them. Once I had gained sufficient experience, I
let loose the DOGS OF WAR on unsuspecting readers and fellow members.
Apologies for that.
I realised that Mouthshut is the platform not just to INFORM but to
develop styles of writing and indulge in egoistic ways of self
aggrandoisement and self brand imaging in a benevolent way! I do have a
BRAND NAME here thanks to Mouthshut!
I feel I have informed folks here truthfully about my Travel
experiences, Books, Adventure Sports, Cars, Mobikes, Restaurants, PSU?s
so on and so forth.
MOUTHSHUT: TO EVOLVE
I notice that many MS members have gone from strength to strength and
gradually evolved into excellent reviewers. I feel I have!. And let me
admit, I have learned so much from fellow MS writers, while retaining
my own style, what ever taht may be.
MOUTHSHUT: FOR FRIENDSHIP
By reading the comments section, it is obvious that many members have
become friends for life and have learned to respect diverse views of
other writers. Dale Carnegie of ?? How To Win Friends and Influence
People?? would have been very pleased with the spin offs of MOUTHSHUT,
had he been alive today. I did make a few good friends 09 Aug, when we
met at Mumbai.
MOUTHSHUT: A PLATFORM TO LEARN ABOUT OTHERS.
The profiles page is an eye opener. So many members have such diverse
expertise and interests, it is mind boggling. The M2M service is a
wonderful innovation. Interaction via M2M opens up endless
oppurtunities to gain from personal experiences and WISDOM of others.
MS members are prompt to respond, should you need any clarifications or
elaborations.
MOUTHSHUT: A WINDOW TO INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS
Mouthshut is primarily a platform for Indian Products and processes. 98
percent of writers are Indians. How ever there are a few writer who are
American/British citizens and have contributed their views here and
read our reviews enthusiastically. Some are STAR WRITERS too. I have
wondered why this site appeals to them. Maybe it is our Indian culture,
our warm heartedness, our hospitalitiy. I dont know. I learn so much
from them, personally. Folks, this is our oppurtunity to welcome such
writers with open arms, invite them to our country and play host to
them. We can thus be the best Ambassadors to our country, India. These
writers must be respected by all of us here and we must bond with them.
MOUTHSHUT: TO TRUST OR NOT TO TRUST
To trust people and let them know is great. But to distrust....here
there can be many opinions.
MOUTHSHUT: FAISAL CEO
Faisal and his team: Hats off for making this a nice site for many.
