This is probably one of the most un ethical 2nd tier IT company .I worked in this company for around 3 years .Then I put my paper in this company as there was no good work environment or quality projects .After putting paper My HR manager started behaving very unethically.
After 2 weeks of resignation She asked me to quit immedietly and pay 2 months salary to company.I said I am ready to serve 2 months period.But she tried to force me to resign quickly as my project is over , so that company can take 2 months notice pay from me.
Then I said to her that I will initiate Legal proceeding against the company .She said she will meet me after consulting legal expert.After two days she told me that I dont have to pay anything and I can serve usual notice period and leave the company.Then she disabled my access card through admin department .Then after a week or so she issued me a warning notice saying that I am irregular in office and there is no swipe data!!!.She also collected my Id card.But after that there was no issue and they issued all documents after 2 months and I resigned.I didn’t pay any notice pay. But in final settlement they deducted some money saying that I didn’t return Id/access card !!!.I send complined to Chief HR, president and Whistle blower commity of the company about all this.But so far No response!
I think this company is just unethical and greedy and does not respect employees , even after serving the company for 3 years!
