My experience was based HDFC JAYANAGAR,BANGALORE branch and SBI JpNAGAR BRANCH.The service was horrible at hdfc it was worse than what I got from sbi. I also initially approached HDFC. HDFC is very hostile to customers.Approach RBI ombudsman to get ur money back .I had to fight with HDFC managers for over 1 month to get 50 % of processing fee. For the remaining amount filed a complaint with ombudsman.Finally I took loan from SBI

I initially approched hdfc for home loan.But apart from sugar coated words for sales manager,it was very bad service and they also followed un ethical practices.I then approced SBI.I got good service and interest rate is also much better than HDFC and ICICI.

I took home loan from sbi recently.As said above we have go after sbi officials.But considering that it involves huge amount it alwyse better to go to a bank having fair and open business practice.SBI is the best for a home loan.Very much ethical and interest rates and other charges are reasonable.

This review really helped.I was planning to buy from Gilma but after reading this and other reviews decided to go for to a local seller with out any big brand name.The quality of work was good enough and also as they were a small seller they finished of work quickly..Thanks for the review

I am now having same problem from HDFC.They follow treacherous pactices for just taking processing fee from loan applicant.The NOC they are asking dont have an additional legal validity than other documents.They are using this tactics to cheat public.HDFC has the worst sales and customercare team.I read more...

As per my experience HDFC it is the worst lending agency in home loan segment.Their sales team is the worst among private banks.They didn’t gave me all information about home loan.After taking processing fee they will ask for many documents just for delaying loan process and put customer in trouble. read more...
