MTNL is one of the most known ISPs in Delhi it provides telephone connections and internet services and it has been providing them for years.
But the truth is that is the worst ISP. There are 3 problems that are very major.
First of all it has a ery slow speed. The connection is very slow, we have to wait for minutes for a page to load. Other ISPs provide fast internet connections like 50 mbps but mtnl doesn’t even provide 10 mbps. Abd the spped they provide is also not upti the mark sometimes.
The second problem is that the Internet connections fluctuate at least once in a month. And this is the major problem.
The third problem is that the customer service is not at all good. It we register a problem then it takes a week for them to come and solve it.
MTNL should fix these problems and ither issues the people are facing. I dont recommend this to anyone.
