Many people face frequent disconnections on TRI_BAND. The solution to this is very easy. Log in to router. Disable DHCP. In your PC mannualy assign an IP address say 192.168.1.2 ... 10
After this the frequent disconnection problem should not be there. I faced this problem very frequently. Change of IP address was creating lot of problems for my VPN. Now there is no such issues. Its very cheap. If you are taking a combo plan then in Rs 500/month you get 200 calls free & 400 MB download. It makes the broadband practically free. Addl MBs are charged at Rs1.50/ MB.
Great speed & very cheap. In true terms its the real broad band. On 256 KBPS you actually get a speed of over 200 KBPS.
The installation takes appox 2 days. You fill up the form & submit, with in 2 days the lineman will come & install it on your existing MTNL line. The billing is accurate & I did not find any issues with billing. You can also check your usage at MTNL site.
