True, I am saying about local IP only & DHCP through which your local PC gets IP from the ADSL Router

Log in to router given by MTNL. Disable DHCP. In your PC give ip as 192.168.1.2. The disconnection problem will be over

Its true, that they are charging their customers like their enemies. Only god can help those people who use an Orange phone while roaming. Off late they are not giving any details in the bill.
