Please think 10 times before taking a MTS postpaid

Dear Friends,


"I don’t have any personal issues with any MTS employee."


This is just outcome of mental torture, I am getting from MTS bangalore Billing department for last(almost) 2 month(Dec’11). Since my Postpaid connection has been closed permanently.


"I have Airtel BB connection at my home, I took MTS connection for roaming purposes but I was NOT satisfied with MTS Service. So I applied for cancellation on 10-Dec-2011. I followed every rules & regulation according to MTS people to unsubscribe that service. I gave written application, filled form, paid outstanding bill+7 days extra bill. Initially I was getting calls to give them second chance to serve/I don’t have to pay for Dec month etc etc. But I asked for cancellation. And my connection got cancelled.


But Now, billing department has started calling me every now and then for bills. I contacted customer care and billing outlet where I submitted my application, both confirmed that my connection has been closed. And I don’t need to pay any bill.


But billing department Kept calling me for bills. For last one week they are doing it more like torturing. Till yesterday I tried to explain situation to them, but they called me today again."


I am extremely frustrated from 2-3 girls from MTS Bangalore Billing Department.


Till date I have tried everything to get rid of those stupid calls, but it seems nothing is going to work. So, I am asking your help.
