Railway scam bigger than commonwealth games scam

RAILWAY SCAM EXPOSED

BIGGER SCAM IN RAILWAY CATERING THAN COMMONWEALTH GAMES Railways fleece consumers Rs 40, 150, 000, 000, 000 per year by selling food at higher rates

RAILWAY OFFICERS INVOLVED IN RAIL CATERING SCAM AND COMPLAINTS TO THEM HEED NO RESPONSE INDICATING THEIR INVOLVEMNENT   EVEN RAILWAY BOARD CHAIRMAN GETS HIS CUT THAT IS WHY HE KEEPS QUIET.

food rates for selling through Pantry car:

Vegetable cutlet 2 pieces+ one piece of bread with chips and sauce Rs 17

Vegetarian meal in casserole with water Rs 30

Non vegetarian meal in casserol with water Rs 35

Tea Rs 4

Food sold in trains through corruption:

Mumbai Pune Intercity express sells veg cutlet for Rs 25

Paschim express sells veg cutlet for Rs 35

Paschim express sells veg meal for Rs 65

Paschim express sells non veg meal for Rs 85

Tea is sold for Rs 5 in all trains

ATTACHED IS THE MENU CARD

When I informed Mr. V K Yadav at CST station(Tel no. 022-22618063), he was favouring the cateror indicating that he also receives a lot of bribe from the caterors. I have written to the Chairman of railway board, Minister of railways and most of the officers. They all seem to receive bribes thats why they do nothing about this scam.

ALMOST ALL TRAINS SELLING FOOD AT MORE THAN THE PRESCRIBED RATES.

About 20 million people travel by rail in India each day(Source: http://www.wikipedia.org) Sixty thousand kilometers of tracks link 7500 stations. If these 20 million people buy one meal, one breakfast and two tea, one passenger pays Rs 55 in excess over prescribed rate per day. Hence the total scam per day is to the tune of Rs 55 X 20, 000, 000 passengers= Rs. 1100, 000, 000(Rs eleven hundred million per day) or Rs 40, 150, 000, 000, 000 per year.
