Never buy from this site. I ordered a cloth diaper from this site (#045216) on 15th Aug, 2013 and still no news from them. the online status is still payment accepted. I sent them 3 emails and got reply for one saying they shipped my order that was three days ago.
I wonder what keeps that shipment to reach my Bangalore address! They lured me with a 5% discount. I learned my lesson anyway. once you pay amount you are trapped, at their mercy. I still don’t know if they will deliver my order at all. If not how to get it reimbursed.
I am more than happy to get my money back but there is no one to take phone, to reply emails without grammar mistake etc. the list is endless how unprofessional their service is. I have one regret though. had I checked this site reviews I would not have ordered item even if they gave it for free. :(
Anyway I am more than happy if they deliver my order at all. I don’t have any high hopes now. they may take forever or just swallow my money. If at all I get my order I will update it here!
