I ordered saree from myntra.com to give gift to someone. The order id is 20929941.
First I got estimated date as 10 October. But didn’t got delivered on that date, so I enquired it and they told me that it will take time because they directly ship from other vendor. And got the new date as 14 October.
But still today didn’t received it. I called myntra.com, courier(FedEx) but no one gave satisfactory answer.
FedEx is another bunch of lazy people. They told me that we will process my request in 42 working hour( approx 4days)! how ridiculous it is. The distance between my address and the place from where it has dispatched is about 30-40 kms, the item can be delivered in at most 2 days.
I am waiting for prompt response from myntra and FedEx.
I have lost faith in myntra and FedEx, will purchase from local stores next time, at least I can get the item instantly. And never buy any thing from myntra again!.
