I had placed an order for 3 products; 2 casual roadster shirts & a roadster casual tshirt for women. The total cost of which was approx Rs.1300 on which they were offering a discount of 35% flat. I paid using the cashback from a previous order & the rest via COD. The Tshirt delivered is size 1 wherein I had ordered for 3xl. now when I call them to exchange this for a bigger size, they have refused & asked me to place a fresh order instead. And the supervisor sends me the appended email & refuses to honor their exchange policy. Complete BS. Just cheating the silly investors out there. they are saying that exchange been stopped by them. Wherein they promise on their website exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size. And now are refusing to honor their commitment

However, we do have the pick up facility available at your pincode, hence, you can return the product and the same will be picked up from your address within 3-5 days from the time its been initiated.
