Bitter experience with naaptol

I am a medical doctor working with All India institute of medical sciences, New Delhi. My experience with naaptol has been bitter and disappoiniting to say the least. I had ordered a pair of frank belluci watches which were delivered in pathetic state order no. 4214544.


They did not even look like a watch with one watch having no dial at all and the other watch had no back rest while the box carries a sticker as quality-checked! I placed a complaint and reverse-couriered through blue dart.


Its more than 3 weeks and have got no replacement/refund till date. Whenever I call the customer care they read a computer message "ready for replacement" which means nothing to me. I request you to look into the issue and intimate me what do you plan to do. I again reiterate my experience of shopping with you has been painful !
