I do not know if u have got the point. Agreed there may be many who are happy with u also. However u need to understand when most of the complaints u receive follow the same pattern which i pointed out, u should understand its a systemic problem that needs to be corrected. I have received the refund with an apology. But there seems to be an uniform trend in various posts- articles not delivered, wrong info provided by customer care that product despatched followed by withdrawal of the statement with a refund.
