Worst Product and poor return policy

Don’t fall for the Naaptol TV ads. I brought the juicer and it was with a very poor qaulity. The photos and ads has steel filter but everything came in plastic of bad qaulity. On top of this you cannot return the product unless it is damaged. Whatif I dont like the product? I think its a poor online buying experience and the company has a poor model. I think they want to cheat the customers which is their primary motive. they will not stand for long.
