My order number is 4313068, i had placed the order on June 30th 2012(my first order on naaptol.com)and i made the biggest mistake of paying the amount on the very same day. I have tried like 10 other online sites and used both cod and online payment options but never have i been cheated.at the time of writing the review I havent received the product. Even after repeated mails to support@naaptol.com and numerous calls to customer care I wasnt provided with any satisfactory response apart from the same old "you will get it in couple of more days", and when asked how long will it take they cant give a definitive answer.
i even asked them to cancel my order and this is what they had to say "the order is verified and now you cant cancel it but you can reject it when it reaches you". Now what kind of insane logic is that.i want the product thats y i placed the order in the first place and if you cant keep your commitment y do i have to go through all this trouble.if you dont have the product then whats the point of verification.
I would request those people working in naaptol.com to either send my order in next couple of days else cancel it and refund the amount. If you want to stay in business mend your ways else you will be shown the door and trust me looking at the reviews you are almost there.
