As i said i was willing to wait, But the lack of response is the problem. If they are delayed they should convey it in a timely manner. Thats 101 of customer service if i am not wrong!! A simple acknowledgement would have been enough and would have helped but again NOTHING. They need to step up thei read more...

hi, I had ordered through this seller and i am also facing similar problems.I recieved the incorrect product.I even couriered theproduct back but there is no news of my refund.Utterly frustrated with the customer care.
i give up!!! m tired of trying to connect to ths fake site..!!! Nver have i seen such a fake site even tho i have been shopping online for some time and have tried over half a dozen sites.
