We started using Nandini Good Life milk since a month. We purchase the sealed box containing packets of milk in them. We’ve had the experience of the milk being spoilt(curdled) when we open one packet itself. We tried another packet and boiled it. This spoiled the moment it was heated. We returned the rest of the case of milk without using it further.
We continued to use Good life but again just yesterday we found a packet was partially open and leaking.
This indicates a serious flaw in the packaging of the milk.
The reason we switched from the normal Nandini milk to this is the convenience of purchasing it off-the-shelf and also in not needing to boil the milk. However the unreliability of quality makes us think twice about it now, especially since our children drink the same milk.
The good thing about this matter is that the retail outlet took back the carton of milk without issue and gave us fresh supply.
