could do with some more specific information on facilities and food, etc. It seems like it has a lack of amenities. Some points to indicate what facilities/activities justify the higher rate would be good.

I can read a manual to get this info. We need feedback on the experience from purchase to use to servicing, not a recipe book or the carton of the machine replicated here.

Hi Vivek, I had the same experience with the same model of LG bought in July this year. The issue is still not resolved and we've had the replacement from Pai also failing the same way. This review is very obviously biased. The review written earlier by Pugs was based on total actual experience witnessed and experienced by 20 other folks. Sorry, you'll have to really have some change on the ground and not reviews like yours to convince guests they do not pay for a bad time
