My friend’s mother had a minor heartache and she was admitted to a leading hospital near our house(Bannerghatta). They performed Angiogram on her and the doctor asked us to take her to surgery immediately. But we were skeptical since a surgery would cost more than 3-4 lakhs.

We called up the hospital and they sent their own ambulance to pick us up and transfer to the hospital within 20 minutes. The Hosur expressway is a blessing from God for people like us.
As soon as we reached the hospital, we could register without hassles and were immediately forwarded to a doctor for consultation. We discussed the angio reports with the doctor and he suggested that a surgery was unnecessary at this point. He gave medication and asked us to wait for 3 days before taking her to surgery. They are not looking at "Money" but more at "Patient Care". The doctor and nurses were very friendly, comforting and took good care of her. For all of us in India, the doctors and nurses are like demi-gods and we need the best support from them. We could get exactly that from the hospital. Also, there is literally no waiting time in queues and the facilities are excellent.
With the medication(which was no more than a few tablets everyday), her health improved a lot and she is okay now. She was advised to take a lot of rest and now she is totally stable. We plan to take her there for regular checkups just to be sure.
I would recommend Narayana Hrudayalaya as the best place for care and cure. I even saw tourists from Middle East and Africa coming here to make use of it.why not the Indians? Go for Narayana Hrudayalaya and your family will be much healthier. Thats my feeling.
