this is what they call cross-subsidization. Thanks to the rich people paying, the poor people get affordable treatment. Go to Apollo or Fortis and you will realize how many poor people get treated there.

The reviewer does not explain what are the items under the bill which are charged over and above the package amount. The package comes with a set of clauses and only certain treatments are covered.
