i appreciate the simple strategy of the founder to keep it simple and this has worked, no fancy graphics impeding download speeds, simple plain aggregation and listing of jobs and in the arena they are hard to match with huge amount of listings and this is what really matters CONTENT!!!!!
it is a free service and there are some premium services for e.g if u need to send ur resume to some 1000 odd placement consultants then there is a fee of Rs 500 attched .
The listings are geniune for I have experienced it myself with the listings do translating into responses for applications.
The job functions are exhaustive and they do have the facility to apply online once one has uploaded the resume .
Finally I say that despite the entry of monster and with others like jobstreet and jobsahead this is one which is definitely TOM (top of the mind for me ) and the one which has the maximum content...
