I paid for naukri.com’s resume development services almost 4 years back and since then I have been running behind them to get these services delivered. Neither they are delivering these services nor they are refunding my money back. Worst part is that they are not even responding to my emails.
I remember the frequency of their follow up calls before I paid for their services.
They delivered a draft resume format which I did not like much and hence asked them to change the format. They said that I had paid for that format only. But nowhere on the bill/invoice it mentioned the resume format kind. Then they said that they did not have expertise to develop the format I asked for. As they could not develop the resume format of my choice, I asked for refund. And since last almost 4 years, I have just been sending emails. I wish I had time to drag them to consumer court.
I used to think naukri.com is a truly professional organization but its team proved me wrong.
