D-Mart Vadodara, I have visited earlier and had a good experience till now the good thing about it is its heavy discount.... BUT BUT... a extremely worst experience I have had today when I visited this MALL..
There was an offer displayed in the RACKS buy 1 get 1 free, I put in 10 bottles.... at the bill counter I am told that I can only buy 3 bottles ???? I asked the stores incharge ... Shri Uday Pathak as I was told, he showed me a banner put up on the wall saying quantity can be restricted..
I told him he should put the same there on the rack where they have displayed buy 1 get 1 free...?? he had no answer to it. I was very embarassed as a customer when they did this to me.... THEY HAVE LOST A CUTOMER FOR A LIFE-TIME.ow if they give me anything for free also.. I would not advocate for D-MART.... Please stay away... if you do not want to put yourself in a similar position.
