Today I stepped into one of suzuki nexa showrooms in chennai on anna salai(nandanam). The show room though bang on the road, can be easily missed. Because no sign or visibility. The show room is obviously getting done and looks pathetic right now. The security guy at parking lot does not know anything called politeness, he waves and stares hostile way like a govt office premise and as if visitors are there to steal a car. Still I walked into the showroom, as I was eager to have a look around of baleno and s-cross.
The experience at nexa that suzuki boasts about is nothing but a bad experience, Suzuki please do your home work properly and teach and tell your guys of how japanese are polite and courteous to visitors.
Let suzuki give a better training to nexa dealers and tell them to come down to ground zero. Customers more important than products, courtesy more important than assumed self-importance.
