More than seven letters to head office (bangalore), i the past six months addressed to its customer grievance redressal cell . No reply; no acknowledgement either. The basic and routine procedure of recording a complaint received and communicating the file number to the customer is totally missing. read more...

It is a common experience that in the last decade, these banks and NBFCs are empowered more than the customers. Having grown fat by customers money rather than by their service, now they treat customers like door mats.
