I have my company’s health insurance but for future purpose I have taken Max Bupas Family Floater - Gold plan. Normally I claim all my medical settlement with company’s policy but this time I thought let me try with Max Bupa to understand their settlement process.
I was prepared to switch to LIC health insurance policy if I would have faced any hassles as my wife is also LIC advisor. I sent all the document to Delhi and within 2 weeks the amount was settled. To my surprise the settlement amount was almost 95-98% which is quite high compared to my company’s policy which is mostly 80%. The policy offers several benefits over other policy. The only downside I say is the premium which is on higher side and this amt increases every year
Based on my experience, I would recommend Max Bupa.
