A company doesn't regard the Policy document

Hey Max Bupa Team, Its been 3 Months that my complaint with you guys has been pending. Even The IRDA complaint has been of no use because it seems you only take care getting the money from customer and nothing else. Not about sorting their complaints or anything. Leave alone complaints, your policy documents states things which you do not even care to fulfill. And that rewards Program is just a show-off scam....the gifts never reach the customer even after regular follow-ups and after some time it is said that the package was delivered and we don’t know who took it. I believe that sounds great specifically after paying 35K as premium every year.


Even when a mistake was committed by your team, Mrs Sudha Reddy was very cool in saying that we can’t offer you a reimbursement for the incomplete tests done by you and can’t even give this in writing as that is against company Laws... And I should also thank you for spending the time to call me and giving me this reponse as you would have spent just a fraction of the amount I gave you. I think this is utter disregard of Human Life that is being practiced across the organization because you can’t even fulfill one promise that you made in the policy document completely.


Because of your mistake I wasted 2, 500 Rupees of my money and thank God I didn’t lose my Mom for whom the test were supposed to be done because at the rate you are going the next test would have happened only after 3-4 months irrespective if anybody dies or lives and you do not even care about it.And the funniest part is, you can’t even refund the money back citing corporate policy funny.


I Pity you and I am ashamed that I am a customer of yours. I will now ensure that every online blog has a comment against you since you cannot solve the problem to anybody’s satisfaction


And Yes Don’t Expect to pay the next 35K premium to pay the salary for these lousy and bastardy service managers this company has. I would also like to say the same to all other customers who have not yet known this..


The tests in the policy document are never done completely. They are sub-standard tests which when taken to a qualified doctor would say is an incomplete test..And they also don’t agree to any other testing labs other than Max hospitals. I think it is high time that these people make it mandatory in their hospitals to get tests done from Max Hospitals only if they want to be treated.
