Dear all, Max Bupa is a con company and there is no process or policies in this company. They are just interested to take the premium and if you are not claiming, they are happy. But when it comes to service, they are such a fraud company. I have just renewed my policy with them for 2nd term but now going to cancel because -
No customer service at all. Now to save time and money, they have created chatbot which understands only two things: renew policy or new customer.
Annual health checkup: - I have not received any AHC for last 6 years. This year I am chasing them from July and they are telling that They spend only Rs. 2000/- for AHC. Who is going to do AHC with Rs. 2000? They are saying they have mentioned this in the policy. But you receive the policy document only after paying the premium. How come they are not communicating such changes to the stake holders?
Gods grace, we have not made any claim yet. But I am sure that they come with such arguments which is known to them only and deny the claim. Better be not insured rather than insured and still paying from your pocket for the hospitalisation
Not yet received the policy document despite of many follow ups. They want to be environmental friendly but I need it but they are not saying.
Whoever trapped on this company, please rest assured that you will not get a single penny from this company.
None of the senior members come and interact with you because they know what they are doing. They have employed some illiterate people who neither conversant with the Insurance nor other language apart from Haryana Hindi

3) I wrote to Max Bupa about the service request and confirmation and asked them to provide me a detailed report on what happened. Till today they have not provided the details.
5) They boast about 48 hours service delivery but now 2 weeks have passed but they have not done anything.
Claim settlement ratio they are managing by sending sms and email saying that isssue is resolved. This a knack and tatics. So reply saying that you have not received any solution, they raise another complaint and within seconds send a mail and sms saying that issue is resolved. They know only cheating
6) I have asked them several times to provide me the complete escalation matrix up to the chairman so that I can escalate issues. They have never provided and I dont think they never provide. This is also shows their confidence levels
7) They communicate with you only on phone but never reply to your mails. This is because they dont want any proof against them in writing. There is no logs for phone calls unless you record them. Still Courts may not accept this is a proof.
8) Never ever accept and allow them to resolve issues on phone. There wont be any proof.
9) If I dont get my details asked for and the escalation matrix and the original policy document, I am going to move to consumer court where I am going to drag their CEO to the court.
I request all not to go with Max Bupa. They are cheaters and not a standard company.
