Im max bupa customer from last three years. this year my wife had a operation regarding fabroid removal. after applying for the claim of 6000 rupees & waited for the more than a month( they promise to revert in 15 days) I came to know that the policy got rejected saying the 2 different reason from different customer representative. none of them are acceptable.
It was a very bad experience. So plz don’t go for these company’s insurance.
