This company does not know to pay. It collects huge premium from policy holders. I had to go to Court to get my claim. Which I did with interest, penalty and legal charges. The Court in it’s order had directed them to reinstate my canceled policy, but these cheaters want 3 times the premium which I was paying earlier. This is Niva Bupa for you. Nobody will ever reply to your calls or mails. There process is so cheap. I still cannot understand, why do our government still promote these jokers. I strongly suggest that any legitimate claim if rejected, go to Consumer Court. You can file your case yourself. Teach these Morons a lesson.
