This is my first review on any website.
This was the very first time when I purchased a health Insurance policy. It was a policy for my parents, my younger brother and me. I purchased this policy (Family First Plan) on AUG’ 2013.
Firstly I was quite afraid that whether it’ll gonna be a good decision or not. But after discussing all the benefits with the adviser of Max Bupa I became comfortable and finally I bought this plan through a cheque of Rs.37K.
On 1 Dec’2013, I met with an accident and had to be hospitalized for 2 days. Total expense was 46K approx and whole of the amount I got refunded by the company (it took 28 days to get refund not 15 days as they said).
Yet, I am completely satisfied with the service of MaxBupa.
