I have been trying to call MAX BUPA helpline to buy a new policy.
First time, when their telecaller called me, they were very goody goody, but then when I asked them some questions, they just refuse to respond --- either in mail or by phone. I have already given them four reminders, but they just don’t care to answer.
Want to take a health policy for my parents --- father sixty nine and mother sixty three.
Please suggest.
