The company agents trick you by giving you false commitments which when in paper are received by you are all different, their senior business managers themselves are unclear on policy terms, each has a different story to give. No coordination within the team.
No service, No customer value, disregardful, we came to know about all this once we wanted to renew the policy, they keep calling you everyday, but still are unclear on questions we ask, everyday a new person will call you without knowing the history.
Its just pathetic to know that a company this big has no coordination, in times when the customer will really want to take a claim I dont know how many people will they have to talk to.
The Delhi office blames the agents and the agents are no where to be found, sab ke sab chor hain. I do not recommend Maxbupa to anyone. Rather save money for times in which you would need for medical emergencies.
