Delay in Health assure

I gave them full premium for the policy prior to medical test and was told that their medical partner Health Assure will call for an appointment’today itself’. I waited two days for a call that never came and then told their online chat that no call had come. I was told that call will come on a designated date. However, when no call came on that day I wrote to their customer care at customercare@maxbupa.com asking for a refund.
